We’re delighted to welcome Martyna van Nieuwland as an Associated Member of our network.
Martyna is a curator, consultant, and researcher with a long-standing connection to our community. From 2013 to 2022, she was Head of Programming at the Katowice City of Gardens Cultural Institution in Poland, where she curated the Katowice JazzArt Festival and the world music festival Gardens of Sounds - a valued member of our network.
She later became Artistic Director of the Music Meeting Festival in Nijmegen, the Netherlands, which is also part of our network. Her work there further demonstrated her commitment to innovative and diverse programming in global music.
