The FWMF warmly welcomes Reggae Geel as a new member to the network!
Held each summer in Geel, Belgium, Reggae Geel is one of Europe’s oldest and most respected reggae festivals. With a strong mix of reggae legends, rising voices, and genre-bending acts, the festival has become a valued meeting place for artists and audiences alike.
Across its four stages, Reggae Geel offers a rich musical journey: the Gold Stage for headline concerts, the Dub Forest with heavyweight sound systems in a woodland setting, the Bounce Dancehall for Caribbean grooves, and Yagga Yagga for underground sounds and new talent.
Entirely run by volunteers and created in close collaboration with local associations, Reggae Geel reflects a grassroots spirit that combines music, community, and social engagement. We are pleased to welcome them into the FWMF community and look forward to future exchanges and collaborations.
