Coming up: Kriol Jazz Festival

Kriol Jazz Festival will make the streets of the Cape Verdean capital resonate again from April 10th to the 12nd 2014. After giving tribute to Horace Silver, Code di Dona, Cesaria Evora and Manuel Clarinete, it is Morgadinho who will be honoured this time.  

Artists performing this year include: MAYA/TCHEKA (Reunião / Cabo Verde), CESARIA EVORA ORCHESTRA (Cabo Verde), CARLOS MENDES/CANDIDA ROSE (Cabo Verde), HABIB KOITE (Mali), ISMAEL LO (Senegal), KENNY GARRET (USA) and CHICO CESAR (Brasil).
